You #39;ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their vision and leverage your expertise to bring it to life on the Shopify platform.

• Technical Expertise: Utilize in-depth expertise in Shopify development, including a nuanced understanding of GraphQL and NodeJS, to architect and implement custom solutions tailored to clients #39; unique business needs and requirements.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with the technical team to deploy and maintain Google Cloud services, with a particular focus on Firebase, ensuring robust hosting solutions that align with performance and scalability objectives.
• Problem Resolution: Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving by investigating root causes rather than surface symptoms, employing analytical skills to address challenges and optimize the functionality of Shopify stores and associated applications.
• Educational Content Developmentamp; Instructional Delivery Support: Collaborate with the training team to develop comprehensive materials and assist in conducting engaging seminars and workshops to train trainers, ensuring they are equipped to empower clients in utilizing our Shopify-based solutions effectively.
• Continuous Learning Facilitation: Stay in the know with all the industry trends, updates, and best practices within the realm of Shopify development, GraphQL, NodeJS, and Google Cloud services, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge knowledge to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Client-Centric Responsiveness: Prioritize client interactions and project deadlines, ensuring prompt and responsive support.
• Professional Collaboration: Foster a culture of kindness, empathy, and emotional intelligence within the team, cultivating positive working relationships and a supportive environment conducive to shared learning and growth.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and training outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in product usability and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience crafting Shopify solutions, including store creation and bespoke customizations.
• Proven work experience and desire to provide engaging learning and education through effective teaching methods.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner, prioritizing clarity over technical jargon.
• Demonstrated experience in a Shopify agency environment, demonstrating proficiency in building stores and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
• Experience creating captivating screen cast videos with strong vocal communication skills, and a willingness to step in front of the camera.
• Genuine enthusiasm for guiding customers through the utilization of tailored solutions, finding fulfillment in empowering others to succeed.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Node.js, Google Cloud services, particularly Firebase for hosting.
• Demonstrated empathy coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving that delves into root causes rather than surface symptoms.
• Additional experience in web development outside of Shopify is a bonus.
