Job Description

Tiger Analytics is an advanced analytics consulting firm. We are the trusted analytics partner for several Fortune 100 companies, enabling them to generate business value from data. Our consultants bring deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. Our business value and leadership have been recognized by various market research firms, including Forrester and Gartner.We are looking for someone with a good blend of business consulting skills and a data analytics background. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with client leaders to drive analytics-driven transformation in the Retail domain
  • Engage with Brand and Functional leaders to understand business needs
  • Articulate value of various analytics initiatives
  • Synthesize insights and actions for executive business decision-making
  • Guide analytics teams on key business considerations to be incorporated into solution design
Requirements
  • 10 + years of experience with a preference for Retail / Specialty retail background
  • Proven experience in engaging and making recommendations to an executive audience
  • Strong insight synthesis, financial modelling and presentation skill sets
  • Proven expertise in simplifying analytics for business audience
  • Background in driving/front ending diverse set of analytical initiatives
  • Strong E-commerce and/or Customer analytics experience preferred
  • Prior hands-on experience working with data
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Prior Exposure to model development is preferred (but not essential)
