Job DescriptionOur Global Architectureamp; Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBI’s Buildings and Placemaking practice, our Places’ capabilities, and CRTKL’s multi-sector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology. Join our dynamic placemaking team based in Vancouver and helpquot;design the cities of tomorrow quot; with projects throughout the lower mainland and BC! With an urban planning and engagement focus, you will join a tight-knit group of passionate planners, urban designers and landscape architects to lead and support projects for public and private-sector clients.   • Participate in a broad range of projects: from site specific feasibility studies to community policy initiatives, TOD projects, master plans, and development approvals
  • Lead and support stakeholder engagement for a wide variety of placemaking projects
  • Define outreach strategies and draft engagement / communication plans
  • Plan, manage, and facilitate physical and online engagement processes
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Indigenous Engagement practice
  • Network and build relationships with current and prospective clients and other strategic contacts
  • Represent our practice/projects at conferences or other events
