About UsArscott Plumbing and Heating Inc. is a growing company located in Grimsby, working in the Hamilton and Niagara regions. We focus on residential and small commercial service, maintenance and small renovations for plumbing, heating, and drainage.We are a locally owned and operated business priding ourselves on taking care of our team and providing high-level service to our valued clients. If you are interested in developing your skills and being a part of our growing team, we encourage you to apply.The roleThis role is for an experienced plumber who has strong knowledge of plumbing and heating. Experience in residential plumbing including toilet installs, leak repairs, diagnosis, fixture replacements, Heating, hot water tanks and waterline repiping is required. Excellent customer service skills are also required.What we offer

Required technical skills and experience
  • Valid drivers license (Class 5 preferred)
  • Drain cleaning experience
  • Residential service experience
  • Heating experience an asset
Certification
  • 306A Plumbing ticket
  • Gas Fitter Certification an asset
  • WHMIS
  • Working at heights
Your day to day role
  • Providing genuine customer service that leaves our clients happy
  • Handle incoming service plumbing calls
  • Light administrative work is required to ensure your jobs are properly invoiced and recorded
  • Installations, repairs, drain cleaning, heating, providing estimates
Your schedule
  • 5 days per week, full time
  • On-call rotation for evenings and weekends (to be discussed)
