Powered by passionate people, we bring the right teams with the right skills together – offering both experience and regional expertise so companies can operate their day to day, confidently and successfully.Job DescriptionWHAT’S THE JOBJoin our NRB Modular Solutions team, where our people are driven by a desire to innovate, do social good, and move construction forward.As a Contracts Coordinator, reporting to the Manager, Contract, you will be part of the team responsible for the administration and management of all contracts for all the divisions of NRB and ensure Corporate policies governing contracts are adhered to. As part of the Contract Administration team, you will also be responsible for communicating contractual terms to multiple client groups within the organization to enable adherence to the terms and conditions of contracts.Your work will include:

  • Prepare, review and evaluate contracts, contract amendments and change orders.
  • Working with the Modular Solutions team, administer, manage and ensure compliance of all Modular Solutions contracts with clients, vendors and business partners.
  • Working with Corporate Legal, develop requisite offers of credit, security registrations and other contractual securities and ensure proper registration.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients on contractual matters, acting as Modular Solutions contractual representative, ensuring timely review, approval and reconciliation of variations, changes and claims.
  • Prepare and issue letters, memoranda, and approval documents related to contractual manners.
  • Reconcile and report on all invoicing as per the contract
  • Collaboratively work with Sales and Operations teams to find solutions regarding challenges or issues with the administration of contracts.
  • Track key performance indicators for reporting to leadership team
  • Maintain a general sense and knowledge of industry activities in order to advise/consult on contract related issues.
  • Identify continuous process improvements

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a contracts administration position is required.
  • Experience with CCDC or other forms of construction contracts is required.
  • 3 to 5 years commercial/business in an entrepreneurial environment would be an asset.
  • Accounting and/or legal experience would be an asset.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in the use of the MS Office suite.
