Powered by passionate people, we bring the right teams with the right skills together – offering both experience and regional expertise so companies can operate their day to day, confidently and successfully.Job DescriptionWHAT’S THE JOBJoin our NRB Modular Solutions team, where our people are driven by a desire to innovate, do social good, and move construction forward.As the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Lead, you will be focused on driving the S&OP process with the facilitation of monthly meetings and coordination/communication/follow-up of actions. You will work directly with the cross-functional leadership to enhance information flow across the regional business unit. Also, you will be focused on developing supporting tools to enable short-term to long-term demand and supply planning.This is a 12 month maternity leave coverage with potential to join another part of the business on a permanent basis once the contract ends.Your work will include:

  • Lead collaboration efforts with Sales, Design, Supply Chain, Project Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams to effectively drive S&OP planning meetings
  • Manage/prepare inputs for the meetings and follow up on actions and outcomes
  • Publish monthly S&OP reports for the finance department and the leadership teams
  • Support business unit in scenario analysis
  • Monitor and analyze operations metrics and KPIs
  • Create and update existing tools and processes to drive planning activities

  • A university degree or technical diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in business or production scheduling or master scheduling or systems analysis in a discrete product manufacturing environment. Low volume / high mix experience would be an asset.
  • A general understanding of operations management principles. Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) would be an asset
  • Experience with Smartsheets and ERP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
