Job Description

We are looking for receptionists to join our front desk team at our well-established spa located in Grimsby, Ontario!Excellent clientele, flexible working hours, friendly and supportive co-workers and management, convenient location.Job duty includes:

  • Be the first point of contact & greeting our guests
  • Receiving calls, replying to voicemails, and missed calls
  • Booking and confirming appointments
  • Educating clients with respect to different services
  • Processing payments and receipts
  • Organizing files and stocks
  • Providing refreshments
  • Resolving client disputes, with support from management when necessary
  • Other duties: laundering and folding towels, sanitizing manicure and pedicure stations when technicians are busy, assist with cleaning, and other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • 1 year minimum experience as a receptionist or related experience (preferably customer service oriented)
  • Excellent level of customer service skills
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high volume, busy environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to be trained and learn about the standard procedures and services in spa
  • Be punctual and reliable
