You will provide strategic vision and direction to the Regional Sales Directors on modular market strategy, diversification, and growth opportunities. Additionally, you will oversee Sales Operations and guide the continued evolution of the sales and support process, including proposal creation, controls, contractual instruments, KPI development and reporting. As a key member of the NRB Senior Leadership Team this individual will also foster strong external relationships to help deliver operational excellence to best meet client and market needs.
