Powered by passionate people, we bring the right teams with the right skills together – offering both experience and regional expertise so companies can operate their day to day, confidently and successfully.Job DescriptionWHATS THE JOBReporting to the President Modular Solutions you will be primarily responsible for overall company revenue target achievement and the provision of expert commercial and contractual guidance to support business development and operational objectives. You will provide strategic vision and direction to the Regional Sales Directors on modular market strategy, diversification, and growth opportunities. Additionally, you will oversee Sales Operations and guide the continued evolution of the sales and support process, including proposal creation, controls, contractual instruments, KPI development and reporting. As a key member of the NRB Senior Leadership Team this individual will also foster strong external relationships to help deliver operational excellence to best meet client and market needs. Select responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes NRB Modular Solutions short- and long-term opportunities across all Modular product solutions
  • Responsible for commercial and contractual input on revenue contracts and implement strategies with the objective of minimizing risks, maximizing opportunities (margin and positive cashflow), and avoiding disputes
  • Identify new market opportunities, pre-contract risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Support, and where necessary lead, key negotiations with prospective customers, and partners
  • Maintain high personal visibility with key accounts by accompanying Sales, Sales Operations and contract teams on customer calls, and by building a strong direct strategic relationship with identified key accounts.
QualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or Commerce or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Contract Management Services at a client facing level, preferably in the construction industry
  • Past Sales or Business Development Management experience is required
  • A solid understanding of public procurement processes and policies, as well as proposal processes
  • Must possess an extensive understanding of either the construction or modular construction industry
  • Exceptional critical reasoning, mediation and negotiation skills are required
  • Intermediate skills in working with the Microsoft Office Suite of software
  • CRM Software (Salesforce) and NetSuite Experience is a definite asset
