Job Description

LOOKING FOR A BETTER TEAMWe are an established, professional dental office seeking an experienced Level II Dental Assistant to join our team. Great opportunity to earn additional compensation for either those with exceptional Level II skills, or those with the capacity to learn and master Level II skills. Applicants should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work well with others. The atmosphere is friendly and easygoing. Our team works together to create a positive and fun work environment. Job Type: Full-timeWe are seeking individuals available to work in the most optimized version of Full-Time

  • No evenings, all long weekends off.
  • Closed for 2 weeks in the summer and 1 week in May, October and December.
  • 1-2 Saturdays (approx 8am-2pm) per month, seasonally in Fall/Winter.
Experience:
  • Dental Assistant Level II; Certified Level II Dental Assistant and HARP certified.
  • Comfortable with expanded duties (intra-oral).
  • Experience with digital radiography and scanners is an asset.
  • Prefer candidates who live in or near Guelph.

Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize patient care and establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical, professional behaviour.
  • Assist in cleaning/preparation of treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient.
