We are looking for a passionate, driven, and enthusiastic candidate to join our team for the position of Digital Strategy Manager, located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and experienced Digital Strategy Manager to develop, implement, track, and design digital marketing campaigns and all other digital efforts for Skyline Group of Companies. The Digital Strategy Manager will be responsible for continually monitoring, reviewing, optimizing, forecasting and reporting on digital marketing activity while supporting Skyline’s shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.What you will be doing:

• Drive Skyline’s digital strategy that effectively meets Skyline’s objectives in all the Group of Companies; including but not limited to promotional execution, email marketing, social media marketing, and digital marketing.
• Develop, implement and lead data-driven marketing initiatives. Take ownership of the execution and make revisions where required.
• Oversee the entire digital strategy process from concept development to final execution. Ensure a high-quality digital strategy is developed that is consistent with Skylines objectives for the Group of Companies. Take ownership of the process and make revisions where required.
• Performs regular competitor analysis and research on trends to provide recommendations for improvement to Skyline Group of Companies digital marketing strategy. Implement new trends into Skyline’s digital strategy that will drive stakeholder engagement.
• Lead and support the Digital Marketing Supervisor to ensure Skyline’s digital strategy is in accordance with Skyline’s objectives.

What we look for:

• Must have two (2) – three (3) years post-secondary education in business, marketing, or communications combined with courses in digital marketing and analytics.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related professional experience or equivalent combination of workplace experience and education.
• Strong understanding of and passion for web marketing, B2C website best practices, web analytics, lead generation, target conversion, social media integration and deployment.
• Knowledge of various web-tracking tools, such as Pixels, Google Analytics, SEMRush, or similar products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
