Job Description

As one of Ontario #39;s leading industrial service providers and millwrighting contractors, we’re excited to introduce a NEW service to our existing brand! We are seeking a driven, passionate Master Electrician to take on the pivotal role of Electrical Service Manager. If you’re a leader eager to play a key role in building something new, this opportunity is for you!The Role:

  • Work with the internal recruiting team to hire Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices as required to build an electrical field team
  • Execute work in the field, on tools, as required in order build foundational team
  • Act as a Master on record for the company
  • Price electrical service work and generate BOM’s
  • Establish electrical service rate sheet
  • Build relationships with electrical wholesalers
  • Work with purchasing to establish electrical supply chain and processes
  • Work with finance team to build budget and forecasting processes
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols
  • Provide mentorship to field staff
