YOU MUST BE PRESENT IN ONTARIO TO APPLYReference:- JobCart.caJob Title: Industrial PainterLocation: Guelph, ONPay: $21/hr (Depending on experience, with the possibility of a raise as new machines are learned)Job Type: Full-time, possibly permanentNot Suitable for StudentsJob Summary:We are looking for experienced Industrial Painters to join our team in Guelph. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial painting in a manufacturing environment and be able to work independently and as part of a team.Requirements:

  • Proven experience in industrial painting.
  • Must have your own car, as the bus does not cover the full shift.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply industrial coatings to surfaces using spray guns, rollers, or brushes.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
  • Operate and maintain painting equipment and related machinery.
  • Inspect painted surfaces for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Read, interpret, and follow work orders, blueprints, or job specifications.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Learn and operate new machinery as necessary for the role.
