Job Description

Description:**EVENING SHIFT REQUIRED, Shift time: 11:30am - 8pm**We require a coordinator to support our entire evening shift urgencies while supporting a specific department during the day hours.Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up on parts, component kits, etc. to ensure that all parts built are delivered on time.
  • Perform data entry when issues araise and to support production needs (NCR, RTC, OSP, Credits, clean a Work order).
  • Track parts and generate manual order in system.
  • Monitor the flow of various projects to meet the deadlines and requirements.
  • Identify and highlight critical issues that can compromise the production plan.
  • Ensure the link between the upfront production cells, suppliers and services, to control the state of the activity.
  • Customer focus oriented (internal/external).
  • Maintain KPI stays in line with our objectives.
  • Participate in production related meetings and working closely with production employees.
  • Can work in a high passed environment.
Requirements
  • College diploma (DEC) in a related field and/or 2 years of experience in manufacturing or Warehouse
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Preferred: Has past ERP system experience
