The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our office by supporting various administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and maintaining efficient office procedures.Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and team members professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure resources are stocked and readily available.
  • Support team projects by providing administrative and logistical assistance.
