Job DescriptionThe Business Continuity team is accountable for setting and maintaining the MUFG Investor Services’ Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management (CM) standards and frameworks that will maximize the businesses return on investment and ensure client confidence is upheld at all times. The role reports directly to the Senior Associate Director, Business Continuity Management and will partner and collaborate across the organization to increase the maturity of the existing scenario testing program to enable the firm to continue to assess risk and associated mitigation strategies, while being responsible for the end-to-end processes for scenario testing.Additionally, the candidate will be required to partner with the existing Crisis Management function to provide support to crisis teams in real-world events and their own exercises, as well as provide training for and apply knowledge and information gained through the identification and execution of scenarios.Role and Responsibilities
