Job Description

Job DescriptionReporting to the Director, Client Operations, Fund Administration, a list of your responsibilities will include:

  • Review administrator documents for subscription, redemption, and transfer trades for the clients.
  • Preparing or assisting the team members in the AML and KYC packages as required by the respective administrators of the underlying funds.
  • Ensuring that all custody trades assigned to the team are executed as per the deadline without exceptions.
  • Review of wires for settlement of custody trades. Performing callbacks with third parties.
  • Participate in multiple system improvement projects and automation projects.
  • Liaising with client, third party and internal client operations teams for resolving queries and issues with respect to custody trade execution
  • Allocating custody trades and wires to the preparers
  • Ensure all custody trades executed by the team have been confirmed and accepted as per the deadline
  • Finding gaps and risks in the current processes and taking the required steps to fill the gaps and overcome the risks
  • Liaise with internal IT teams to implement changes as needed
  • Team Management responsibilities for a team of 10-12: This includes, training new joiners, providing guidance with BAU inquiries, and ensuring the timely response from your team when internal and third party communications are received.
  • Ensure that SOPs for processes are in place and the team members are following those
