Job Description

Job DescriptionReporting to the Associate Director, Investor Operations, a list of your responsibilities will include:

  • Complete daily deliverables, with quality while following company and department policies and procedures relating to investor registration, dealing, reporting and cash
  • Strive to complete deliverables within Service level agreements, escalate any client or deliverable issues where required and appropriate
  • Respond to queries from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments following a high-quality standard
  • Perform allocated daily tasks, processes and deliverables with accuracy and quality
  • Participate in regular team check-in meetings/calls sharing information, ideas and supporting colleagues in a positive team culture
  • Support management in department initiatives, projects and risk mitigation
  • Support and Promote MUFG #39;s core values of Trust, Challengeamp; Empowerment, Passion for Clients, Openness and Honesty
