  • Lead the team in producing standard reporting and Management Information packs for both BAUamp; Investment cost base including Flash, month end, planning;
  • Maintain a robust financial control framework including preparation of Month End Journals, Reconciliations and Reportingamp; Control;
  • Promote and embed a process improvement culture within the team, looking for opportunities to further standardise, centralise and simplify processes;
  • Build and maintain regular contact and strong working relationships with key stakeholders, looking to understand what #39;s important to them and to identify ways we can enhance our outputs;

  • Past experience of identifying and making improvements to existing processes;
  • Competent user of Finance systems and software, who looks to build expertise and share with the wider team;
  • Experience in identifying risk and in implementing and operating appropriate controls;
  • An adept communicator, with well-honed written, presentation and verbal communication skills;
  • Line management experience (or experience of coaching colleagues).
