Job Description

Job DescriptionReporting to the Executive Director, Nexus, Investor Delivery, you will:

  • Partner with senior leadership to support departmental initiatives, projects, and budget management.
  • Contribute to the delivery of team objectives while ensuring compliance with policies related to investor registration, transactions, reporting, and cash management.
  • Review and approve investor allocations for waterfall calculations and oversee the processing of capital calls and distributions in line with client instructions and deadlines.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional client integration experience, fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve sensitive or escalated inquiries from clients, investors, fund managers, or internal teams with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with internal AML teams and administrators to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Review and sign off on schedules, reports, and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
  • Allocate team resources effectively to meet service level agreements and operational goals.
  • Participate in the internal Client Relationship Management (CRM) framework, including regular service reviews with clients and internal partners.
