If you’re looking for an opportunity to get involved with the growth and development of Nova Scotia’s public infrastructure while fostering partnership with stakeholders, then this is the opportunity for you.About Our OpportunityThe Strategic Planning, Funding and Engagement division of the Department of Public Works provides oversight and a coordination role with government departments and entities, providing strategic advice on federal and provincial infrastructure funding programs for provincial priorities.We assist senior management in the development of provincial infrastructure planning and policy development by identifying strategic opportunities to align and coordinate provincial infrastructure planning and requirements with those of federal funding programs. Our division is always adapting and responding to new opportunities.As the Program Admin Officer 3, under the general direction of the Senior Advisor, you will leverage your expertise in process design and documentation, program/ project management, and data analysis to support evidence based decision-making. You will contribute to the achievement of our strategic objective in maximizing federal infrastructure funding for Nova Scotia.This position requires active collaboration and information sharing with the federal government, and key stakeholders such as departments/agencies.
