Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Global Payments Services team as a Senior Associate. You will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Global Payments function, whilst having a lasting impact by playing a key role in several strategic global initiatives.You Will:Payment Processing

  • Be responsible for the accurate input, approval and processing of payments in accordance with established procedures
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and errors promptly and accurately.
  • Liaise with clients, investment managers, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of client payments.
  • Ensure adherence to internal control policies and procedures.
  • Analyse payment and query data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure critical issues are escalated in a timely manner to senior stakeholders.
  • Represent local team on global projects, and lead workstreams of projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, accuracy and security of payment processes.
  • Ensure that procedures are up to date, and in line with firm standards.
  • Stay informed of industry best practices and regulatory updates as they pertain to payments.
  • Analyse opportunities for improvement within the overall payment process
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks (e.g. audit requests) as required.
