Job DescriptionAECOM is looking for a Senior Environmental Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist for its Halifax, NS location. This is a full-time role.Job Summary: The role will be a combination of project management and technical work delivery, though the work can/may vary based on the applicant’s experience and career aspirations.This position is ideally suited to a Senior Environmental Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist with technical and project management strengths. This position will primarily shadow acting project managers as a deputy project manager on large multidisciplinary engineering projects, with the future goal to act as a project manager on such projects and pursue business development opportunities with local and government clientele.Additionally, there are opportunities for candidates who would like to continue to build their technical background to have access to training and careers opportunities if of interest.This position requires excellent written and spoken communication skills, organizational and time management skills, flexibility to work on a range of projects, and a positive attitude.
