Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow specialist with 5+ years of enterprise-level expertise, particularly in the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module.Key Responsibilities:• ServiceNow SPM Module Management: Lead configuration and optimization of the Strategic Portfolio Management module, with specific focus on Demand Management, Projectamp; Portfolio Management, Ideation, and Timesheet functionality.• System Configurationamp; Customization: Design and implement custom workflows, reports, forms, and update sets tailored to organizational requirements.• Process Designamp; Implementation: Translate business needs into efficient ServiceNow workflows and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.• Version Management: Plan and execute ServiceNow version upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maximum utilization of new features.• System Administration: Perform essential administrative tasks including user setup, permission management, and routine system maintenance.• Integration Management: Facilitate integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process connectivity.• Performance Analytics: Monitor system performance and generate insightful analytics to drive continuous improvement.• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and support users.• Documentationamp; Knowledge Transfer: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, workflows, and processes.• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex system issues independently while developing innovative solutions to business challenges.Requirements:• 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience in an enterprise environment, specific dedicated experience with SPM Module (Strategic Portfolio Management).• Ability to provide expertise specifically on the ServiceNow SPM Module. Focus areas: Demand, Projects and Portfolios, Ideation and timesheet management).• Strong overall configuration experience: Develop workflows, custom reports, forms, update sets, etc.• Experience upgrading ServiceNow version and integration activities.• Understanding of basic administrative tasks: configuration, user set-up, permissions, system maintenance, etc.• Strong understanding of overall business processes and translate it into workflows (How to submit change request/ map out workflows, etc.)• Excellent interpersonal skills, a go-getter, someone that can think outside of the box and work independently.Ideal Candidate Profile:• Specific experience with ServiceNow SPM Module (Strategic Portfolio Management).• Technical and Process/ functional knowledge• Strong Experience with performance analytics, Experience setting up groups, security rules, permissions, etc.• Technical Skills: PowerBI, SQL (querying), integration experience, understands APIs.• Experience with ADO/ Jira and high-level understanding of integrations.• Experience working within the Supply Chain/ Transportation domain.#LI-OA1Skills:
