Plesae apply against this posting for any of these levels.As a UKG Consultant, you will partner with clients to understand their workforce management needs, build trust, and demonstrate how IBM #39;s expertise and UKG technology can deliver tangible business value. This role is both functional and technical, requiring strong consulting, communication, and system implementation skills.Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Advise clients through the full lifecycle of UKG implementations.- Lead requirements gathering workshops.- Advise clients on leading workforce management practices.- Design, build, test, and debug UKG solutions.- Prepare client environments for go-live and provide ongoing guidance.- Mentor team members as part of the project delivery team.- Contribute to IBM #39;s UKG intellectual capital and support business development as a subject matter expert.Required technical and professional expertise- Previous hands on experience implementing UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro solution.- Previous experience configuring UKG WFM Pro solution.- Previous experience leading UKG WFM Pro requirements gathering workshops- Previous experience testing and troubleshooting the UKG WFM Pro wokrshops- Relevant UKG CertificationsPreferred technical and professional experience- Hands on experience implementing UKG WFM Pro Advanced Scheduling solution.- Fluency in FrenchIBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
