You’ll be a true partner to the business, helping teams develop, grow, and succeed while ensuring HR strategies align with REDspace’s goals. • Strategic Partnershipamp; Leadership Support – Act as a trusted advisor to Delivery Team Leads and Directors, providing guidance on workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational strategy. Support change management initiatives and help teams navigate transitions effectively.
• Performance Managementamp; Coaching – Partner with leaders to strengthen performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and employee development plans. Facilitate coaching sessions and workshops to enhance leadership capabilities and foster continuous growth.
• Workforce Planningamp; Talent Development – Identify skill gaps and collaborate with leadership to implement targeted training, development, and succession strategies. Work closely with the Recruitmentamp; Talent team to refine hiring processes and improve onboarding experiences.
• Employee Engagementamp; Retention – Drive initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, inclusivity, and career development within Delivery teams. Collect and analyze engagement feedback to implement meaningful actions that strengthen retention and workplace culture.
• Policy Developmentamp; Implementation – Ensure HR policies are communicated effectively and consistently applied. Provide guidance to leaders and employees on compliance, best practices, and policy updates to support a fair and transparent work environment.
• Learningamp; Development (L amp;D) Initiatives – Support the Peopleamp; Culture team in delivering leadership development programs and career pathways for employees. Design and implement training initiatives focused on coaching, communication, and team growth, while continuously evaluating their impact.
• HR Operationsamp; Support – Provide hands-on HR support to managers and employees, ensuring policies, programs, and initiatives align with REDspace’s people-first approach. Assist with employee relations, offering guidance to ensure fair and consistent HR practices.

Skills/Experience.

• Bachelor #39;s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Roles with a focus on business partnership, employee relations, and/or talent development.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices in performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders, providing strategic guidance and tactical solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolutions skills.

Bonus Points.

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or CHRP).
• Experience supporting technical or innovation-driven teams.
• Background in implementing L amp;D and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programs.
• High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
