Our mission is to develop transformative products for diverse industries, including food, agriculture, and beyond, driving environmental stewardship and economic value.Position Overview:We are seeking a Senior Business Development and Technical Leader with a minimum 10 years of experience to play a pivotal role in our growth and innovation journey. This unique role combines deep technical expertise in green chemistry or industrial biotechnology with strategic business development capabilities. The candidate will guide productization efforts, forge impactful partnerships, and influence key leadership decisions as part of Reazent’s executive pipeline.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership:

  • Lead the translation of innovative green chemistry and biotechnology concepts into commercially viable products.
  • Collaborate with R amp;D teams to define product specifications and ensure scalability and sustainability.
  • Oversee product testing, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance efforts to meet market and safety standards.
Business Development:
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities across various industries, including food, agriculture, and emerging sectors.
  • Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, manufacturing partners, customers, and investors.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to position Reazent as a leader in sustainable innovation.
Requirements
  • A master’s or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in green chemistry, industrial biotechnology, or sustainable products.
  • Proven success in commercializing innovative products and driving business development initiatives.
  • Exceptional ability to bridge technical expertise with business strategy.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
