Our client, the Congregation of Notre Dame - Visitation Province, based in Bedford, Nova Scotia, manages the care and the mission of English-speaking Sisters in their communities across Canada.A search for a new Administrative Assistant is being conducted to find a successor to their current Administrative Assistant, who is retiring after 20+ years of service in May 2024. A target start date of mid-January 2024 has been set to have sufficient time for transition and onboarding.The ideal candidate is a well-organized, professional office administrator who is caring, compassionate, and creative. This person possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a broad range of stakeholders and efficiently manage priorities and timelines.Reporting to the Provincial Leadership Designate and working closely with the Provincial Leadership Team, this person will provide accurate and efficient secretarial services. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with creativity in developing, formatting, andquot;dressing up quot; newsletters and other communications.
