In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of overseeing delivery of exceptional patient care by meticulously monitoring, enhancing clinical processes, standards, and outcomes. As an integral member of our dynamic quality management team, you will collaborate closely with medical leadership, healthcare professionals across the organization, and other stakeholders to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, stay at the forefront of healthcare trends, integrating innovative strategies into quality improvement initiatives and health equity practices; act as a mentor and resource for clinical staff, fostering accountability and a commitment to quality standards; and champion the organization #39;s commitment to health equity by bringing attention to issues faced by rural Canadians, indigenous communities, and other underserved populations.Responsibilities
