Job Description

GBA LLP is looking for a positive, detail-oriented Document Administrator to become a part of our tight-knit team! Learn more about why GBA LLP is the right fit for you.Duties and responsibilities:Client Document Production and Management
  • Collating corporate and personal documents and binders, both electronically and physically
  • Printing and producing electronic and/or hardcopy packages for clients and governmental reporting bodies
  • Generating finished, error-free and professionally looking products
  • Delivering and tracking final product to management for review and sign-off
  • Archiving documents in the electronic document management system
  • Maintaining digital filing system for client files
  • Tracking, scanning and faxing documents as required
  • Ensuring effective and accurate transfer of files and electronic binders to internal and external stakeholders
  • Following up on outstanding documents from clients
  • Finalizing and archiving completed files and documents accurately
  • Managing own workload and deadlines
Administrative Support
  • Greeting clients in person or through incoming phone calls
  • Assisting office management with administrative support as needed
  • Performing other administrative duties and special projects, as required
What we are looking for:
  • Prior administrative experience within a professional environment is considered an asset
  • A people person who can also work independently and take initiative
  • Great attention to detail
  • High adaptability to new software technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to closely adhere to established policies and procedures
  • Exposure to Caseware, Taxprep or Doc.It would be considered an asset
  • Coversational French is an asset
