If you are team oriented, motivated, understand the need for accuracy and enjoy busy days, then this job is for you!Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices
  • Record payments received
  • Entry of financial transactions, journal entries and adjustments
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Perform other duties and assignments as required
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with all levels of the organization
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, aptitude for numbers
  • Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
Education and Experience
  • Post-Secondary education in Accounting or Bookkeeping preferred. Relevant and related experience will also be considered
  • Minimum 1 year experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
