Job Description

Job DescriptionThe Billingamp; Brokerage Coordinator will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to our brokerage and contracts team. This individual will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our brokerage transactions.

  • Processing high volumes of documentation within specified timelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Inputting and maintaining large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy in our internal systems.
  • Ensuring invoicing is completed in a timely manner.
  • Conducting regular account reconciliations and analyze sets of data to ensure accuracy and integrity of brokerage transactions.
  • Maintaining complete and up-to-date records in our documentation and filing systems.
  • Distributing scale and shipping documents accurately and efficiently to the appropriate internal parties.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and seamless execution of brokerage transactions.
  • Proactively communicate with customersamp; co-workers; resolve issues as they arrive, escalating to the appropriate person when necessary.
  • Providing backup to the Contract’s team to ensure Purchase and Sales Orders are being entered on-time and with accuracy.
  • Assisting with audit requests, ad hoc duties and projects when required.
