The position is also responsible for developing reports, configuring systems and workflows to meet the company’s needs. Also, provide daily application support to branches and departments.Major ResponsibilitiesBusiness analyst and documenting business requirementsDay to day support and training to branchesTesting new system enhancements or modulesDeveloping Reports in Cognos or Power BIAssist the Rubicon Specialist with the development of documentation to support RubiconCreating documentation for usersData analysis to identify areas of improvementOther duties as assigned.Able to travel (infrequent).Experience1+ years of experience providing support on an ERP system.
