PURPOSE The Licensed Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals to exceed performance expectations in a fast paced sales environment. In part, this role will work in collaboration with the Project Team and Director of Sales to drive strategies and ensure sustained sales success for their project. THE ROLEThe Licensed Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales.The Lead Sales Manager will also take on the following responsibilities to assist in the preparation of the project.Driving sales momentum and revenue targets in alignment with clients goalsContribute to regular follow-up and outreach of driving qualified traffic and registrantsNetworking with Realtors to generate interested traffic and drive sales momentumProvide ongoing input on pricing and strategy recommendationsInitial and continued market research and data analysis – both re-sale and new construction emphasisMLS Listing activities, contract and paperwork administrationManagement of CRM, CMS systemsEnsure compliance of all real estate regulations in all prospective buyer communication and that all communication and/or activities sent out or performed are compliantCollaborate with Project Manager and Directors of Sales to continuously improve the operations of the ProjectAttend all team meetings, and corporate meetings as requiredEstablish and maintain effective relationships with other team members, and helping to foster a great team culture CREDENTIALSReal Estate Trading Services LicenseDemonstrated proficiency in working in a team dynamic and motivating sales successExcellent written and oral communication skills, as well as presentation skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsAbility to manage competing priorities, workflow, and meet deadlinesVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasmExperience with Lasso, Avesdo, Spark CRM and Database’s an assetARE YOU A CULTURE FITOur organization can be described by what we do, where we are going, how we are, and who we want to be.
