New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Project Manager to provide our client with project management and implementation assistance to fulfill the project role for End User Devices (EUD). This will include overseeing / monitoring the delivery and implementation of end use devices.Responsibilities:Provide leadership to EUD teamEstablish and improve processes, templates, approach, communication and issue resolutionLead End user engagement and requirements gathering to finalize EUD bill of materialsLead the design/verification of EUD solutionsPerform building design review and compliance tasks with Design BuilderPlan and procure the devicesLead and coordinate the deployment to all departments in scope including device testing and configurationSupport application testing and clinical transition activitiesProvide support and issue resolution along with production turn overCreate, maintain and monitor budget and cost center allocationDevelop and maintain standard project management deliverables (e.g., project charter, project plan, risk/issues log)Requirements:5+ years of experience working on large scale IM/IT infrastructure projects in a project management role in the healthcare industryDemonstrated management experience in planning for, or implementing, informatics solutions in health care clinical operation settingsAbility to take lead in an ambiguous, changing/reactionary priorities environmentAble to efficiently prioritize and structure clear and unclear workloadsSubject matter understanding and project management experience in end use devicesOpen to rolling up your sleeves, applying subject matter understanding and project management expertise, to dive into the details to uncover optimal solutions to application design, implementation and hand-over sustain problemsEffective communication skills, and ability to interact with internal and external partnersBasic Computer setup and networking knowledgeExperienced in end user interaction including requirement elicitation, analysis, and solution designExperienced in team leadershipPreferred Qualifications: Formal project management training or certificationExperience working on Design-Build construction projectsExperience working on redevelopment projects in healthcareExperience working with healthcare usersIf you have this expertise, and are able to work in Canada, please submit your resume.
