As well as, maintaining the suites and the surrounding common areas by fixing any damages.Duties of job:Manage and monitor hotel expensesManage and track hotel inventoryPlan, implement and manage overall hotel daily operationsConduct hotel budgeting and financial planningHire and onboard new hotel staffEvaluate staff performanceEnsure safety and adherence to rules and regulationsPrepare and manage schedules and shiftsHas some knowledge of making basic repairs.Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping and snow removal servicesQualification:Previous experience as a property manager and/or hotel manager is an assetCompletion of high school degreeNot required but an asset: Tourism Diploma from reputable college and/or Property ManagerRequire a valid drivers license in CanadaPerks of the job:Provide living courters in Harrison Hot Springs, BCHow to ApplyExpiring: Jun 30, 2021Email: jobs@harrisonlakeview.com
