Job Description

Location: Metro Vancouver Area (Remote with occasional in-person meetings)Salary Range: CAD $58,000 to $68,000/yearHours: Full-time (40 hours per week)About Us:At Crisp, we are not a marketing agency – we are your marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative and some financial processes while providing support to our CEO. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is truly committed to the executive assistant function and looking to grow within a dynamic and inclusive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives.
  • Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and special projects.
Office Management:
  • Support new employee hiring, orientation, and handle administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate purchases and manage procurement records.
  • Maintain ClickUp, our central knowledge repository.
  • Assist with resource management in Productive.io.
  • Oversee user management for our cloud systems, including Google Workspace, LastPass, Canva and more.
  • Document processes and procedures.
  • Manage third-party contractors.
Client Service:
  • Oversee new client onboarding, acting as the first official welcome to all clients.
  • Liaise with clients on all financial related matters.
  • Provide backup support for customer inquiries and lead capture.
Financial Support:
  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain bonus and commission payment records.
  • Support the finance team in various accounting-related tasks as needed.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks and support executives.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Assertiveness and able to articulate boundaries.
  • Required: High level of proficiency in Google Workspace and confidence operating in a cloud-based work environment.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Finance, or related field is an asset.
  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative support or office management, with a focus on executive assistance.
  • Strong command with cloud software and technologies such as Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack, and similar systems.
  • Experience in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting is an asset.
