Job Description

Job Title: Family Law Lawyer-Our client is seeking a seasoned Family Law Lawyer with at least 5 years of experience within Family Law and a solid book of business to join a thriving litigation practice. The role allows for a great deal of autonomy, growth, and earning potential. The firm focuses on your production results, not annual billable hours and they offer top compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. What you will bring to the table:

  • Juris Doctor or LLB degree and licensed to practice law in British Columbia with good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
  • Proven litigation experience within Family Law.
  • A portable book of business.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
