1. General-Job Title: Cinematics/Moments Producer-Type: Contract-Level: Mid-Level-Location: Vancouver, BC-Workplace: 3 days onsite, hybrid-Duration: Full 18 months, with chance for extension2. About the job-The Cinematics/Moments Producer will join the Story team at The Coalition Studio to contribute to the creation of best-in-class, authentic, and exciting stories within our game. This role will be responsible for managing a multi-discipline team consisting of artists and designers who will be creating and implementing real-time cinematic moments. The Cinematics/Moments Producer will work closely with the Story director and Campaign director to ensure that gameplay and storytelling are seamlessly integrated into the overall gaming experience.3. Summary of the opportunity-Client Overview: The Coalition Studio is a flagship first-party studio within Xbox Game Studios, known for the critically acclaimed Gears of War series.-Role Summary: The Cinematics/Moments Producer will be responsible for managing the backlog of work, coordinating schedules, and driving features to completion. This includes milestone planning, execution, and prioritization, as well as proactive risk management and mitigation.4. What are the key responsibilities-Milestone planning, execution, dependency management, and evaluation of priorities-Communicating goals to the team and motivating them to execute on time and at a high-quality level-Proactive risk management and mitigation-Ability to work effectively across disciplines to plan for, and manage dependencies-Creating, updating, and presenting status and information to the project leadership team-Identifying task-related processes to improve efficiency-Providing regular capacity plan updates-Focusing on project development with an emphasis on team empowerment5. What experience are we looking for to drive success-MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:-Experience working with narrative/mission/animation teams-Comfortable with modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, etc)-Ability to work collaboratively with designers, engineers, and content creators-Experience managing cross-functional teams through different game phases-Experience shipping AAA quality games- Preferred Skills and Qualifications: N/A6.
