They must have a natural ability to have people like them.The candidate must have a strong grasp of the English language and the ability to verbally communicate clearly.Sales, marketing or related customer service experience is and asset.Candidates must be comfortable promoting themselves as the company brand ambassador across several social media channels.They should be genuinely curious about the companies, and individuals being used to create the content. They should be comfortable meeting and speaking with people.The candidate should be proficient and have the ability to employ Dale Carnegie principles.Duties: They will create and edit content (photo and video) for several company social media channels.This includes staging sites, interviewing team members, clients, tenants and trades to promote all related aspects of several related business.Working with our social media partners and potentially posting content across various social media channels.Attending in person networking and promotional events and building B2B relationships with potential tenants and clients.Finding and creating opportunities to build relationships with new tenants and clients.Successful candidates will work closely with the president of the company to learn about the business and leverage existing B2B relationships.Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, FreelanceContract length: 12 monthsPart-time hours: 20 per weekSalary: $20.00-$24.00 per hourBenefits:
