We are looking for a self-starting, outgoing, friendly and dynamic professional who has extensive knowledge of the building industry to provide high level customer service to our clients.The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting the sales staff in: · Providing customers with recommendations in selections that best fit their project· Assisting the sales staff with the full sales cycle, including:o Product recommendationso Preparation of quotation with consideration for strategic pricingo Closing the sale and confirming the transaction by way of deposit and the securing of final payment arrangementso Ensuring the project is completed to the satisfaction of the customer and the Company· Establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with customers· Developing and expanding ones personal product knowledge· Assisting other sales associates with product information and team collaboration· Other tasks as assignedJob Requirements· Experience in supporting a sales and sales support role (preferably in a retail building or construction environment)· Demonstrated track record of continuous learning (with knowledge of the building industry considered to be a strong asset)· Proficiency in taking/reading measurements and understanding blueprints will be considered an asset· Driven, self-starting professional with exemplary customer service skills· Demonstrated ability to manage and multi-task several projects at the same time· Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment· Computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office and related applications)· Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and listening)· Strong organizational skills and self-motivatedJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
