Job Description

Job descriptionKings Services is Manitobas leading provider of portable restroom, septic and vacuum truck service, temporary fence panels, plumbing and cleaning, excavation and installation of septic tanks. Based in Headingley MB, we provide essential services in the waste industry for more than 35 years.Position OverviewThe Customer Service Specialist is responsible for communicating with clients by phone and email to serve our clients needs, process orders, and generate interest on potential new clients.This position is full-time and permanent.Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming and place outgoing calls in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns, providing guidance on our services to suit their needs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize clients requests to ensure that inquiries are solved in a timely manner.
  • Process customer quotes and bid proposals, following up regularly until closed.
  • Accurately book, confirm, track and enter client requests and information into our custom database.
  • Develop new business and service opportunities from existing and new clients
  • Resolve or refer more complex problems to the appropriate associate
  • Work and communicate with all departments, so customer needs are appropriately managed.
  • Maintain the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • High School with the equivalent combination of office education and work experience
  • Minimum of one-year phone customer service experience required, phone sales experience is an asset
  • At least one year of experience with data entry into software database
  • Excellent phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Office or custom databases
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize and manage your time.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, growing team environment
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills combined with keen attention to detail.
