Foothills School Division is currently seeking an Educational Assistant to support, student needs in the classroom, literacy supports, as well as supports for social, emotional and behavioural needs of students.The schedule follows the school calendar, offering approximately;19.5 hours per week; Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.Hub at home is online learning, and the role will require an incumbent who has a good understanding of how to use online platforms.This position is based out of Dr. Morris Gibson school and the incumbent will work on-site.The successful candidate will have the ability to work with minimal supervision and to celebrate day to day achievements while keeping long-range goals in mind. The ability to foster a safe and caring learning environment is essential.
