This full time permanent opportunity is 100% in office. The key responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative may include, but are not limited to: -Providing high level of customer service by inputting and ensuring correct processing of customer orders-Inputting and ensuring correct processing of international orders, including completion of all documentation-Handing returns, and repairs submitted via various input methods-Assisting customers via phone, live chat, and e-commerce with questions regarding products, pricing, order details and first level technical assistances -Processing invoice orders-Preparation of commercial invoices, NAFTA certifications, shippers export declarations, bills of lading, Incoterms, freight classification, transportation types and country specific requirementsJob Requirements:- Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks- Strong problem-solving skills- 2+ years of past relevant experience- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Resolve Customer Issues experience- Experience with Customer Quotes- Command of Purchase Orders- Adeptness in data entry- Customer invoices experience- Customer service experience- Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external- No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries- Strong customer service and office administrative skills- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skillsIf you seek to deliver great customer outcomes and want to improve your customer service skills to deliver personalized service specific to individual customer needs, we want to hear from you now.
