You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop strategic plans, and drive successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Developing and implementing tailored success plans to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
  • Serving as an advocate for clients internally, championing their needs and priorities.
  • Monitoring key performance metrics and providing regular updates and insights to clients.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in Customer Service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service and driving results.
