We deliver value-added construction services by forming strong partnerships with our clients throughout the build process.To learn more about who we are, visit www.pagnotta.ca or [click here] to view a short video about our company culture and values.Now Hiring: HSE Coordinator – Kamloops, BCWe’re looking for a proactive Healthamp; Safety Coordinator to support busy construction sites in Kamloops, BC.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture across our construction sites, ensuring compliance with both internal safety standards and regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on, site-based role split between field work (50%) and administration (50%), requiring excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.Key tasks include:

  • Monitoring safety compliance and conducting site inspections
  • Coaching and mentoring field crews and sub-trades
  • Leading safety meetings and delivering training
  • Assisting with incident investigations and hazard identification
  • Managing injury reports and modified work programs
  • Collaborating with site teams, clients, and the EHS Director
  • Maintaining safety documentation and ensuring legislative compliance
Who You Are
  • Passionate about safety, with a practical and collaborative approach
  • Able to lead, coach, and build trust with field staff and supervisors
  • Skilled at influencing others and communicating effectively
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing documentation
  • Comfortable working in all weather and navigating active construction sites
Qualifications
  • Current or in-progress NCSO certification
  • Knowledge of OH amp;S regulations and construction safety standards
  • Construction site experience is required; supervisory experience is an asset
  • CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, and Standard First Aid (preferred)
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
Working Conditions
  • Full-time, year-round employment (Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week)
  • Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required
  • Work is split between office (admin) and field (site inspections)
  • Must be physically capable of walking job sites, climbing ladders/stairs, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • CSA-approved steel-toe boots required; all other PPE provided
