The Role:The Group Reservations Coordinator is the main point of contact for all group guests. They correspond in a timely manner with group contacts in regards to making and changing reservations. They guide and advise the guest, building the best experience possible for their group. They prepare for all group arrivals by ensuring all arrival protocols are completed and communicated to the Spa Concierge team. Daily sales efforts are completed over the phone and in person, requiring excellent product knowledge and advanced communication skills.Our Ideal Candidate:
  • 3 years’ experience in spa, hospitality, guest service, or retail environment
  • Computer literacy and previous reservation software and POS experience
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service and health and wellness
  • Drives for results that is evident in the energy they bring to work, their positivity, and the consistency of their productive
  • Ability to manage their workload, making decisions that provide positive impacts
  • Accuracy and attention to detail and a strong problem-solver
Working Conditions:Include but are not limited to:
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling
  • Frequent ascending or descending, stairs and ramps
  • Frequent lifting and occasionally required to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Working outdoors in variety of Mountain weather conditions, with average temperature ranges of -30c to +30c
