  • Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Address customer concerns with your expert diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
  • Tailor Repair Options: Build and present repair options with the customer’s needs and interests at the forefront, enhancing their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Drive Sales: Leverage your technical expertise to identify and drive new sales opportunities, contributing to the growth of our business.
  • Van Maintenance: Keep your service van well-organized and stocked, ensuring you have all the tools and parts needed for each job.
  • Paperwork Efficiency: Complete all service-related paperwork or digital documentation accurately and efficiently, keeping our operations running smoothly.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay ahead of the industry curve.
  • Certifications: Work towards obtaining necessary certifications and tickets with our full support.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC experience diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC-problems.
  • Class 5 Driver’s License, clean drivers record and ability to lift 50lbs from time-to-time.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and technology.
  • Ability to provide an unparalleled, 5-star customer service experience.
  • Organized problem-solver that can handle competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Self-motivated and growth mindset to deliver great work with integrity without supervision.
  • Reliable and dependable team player that shows up on time and ready to work.
