You will be responsible for prospecting new business, negotiating terms on behalf of clients, and preparing and completing sale transactions. You will also be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients and partners, and will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to ensure you have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. What you bringAbility to secure new and expanding business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building and identifying opportunities for other service linesStrong interpersonal skills – can build rapport and credibility quickly with people at all levelsMust be detail-oriented; possess outstanding verbal and written communication skillsSolutions oriented attitude: You seek new solutions and create opportunities to drive revenue growth Cross collaborative attitude that encourages partnership with other teams across product lines.Real estate license is requiredBonus skills and experienceBachelor #39;s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or another relevant field preferred.1+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Prior experience using CRM programsWhat success looks like You possess strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving capabilities You possess strong communications and consensus building skills, organization skills and attention to detail while coordinating multiple tasks consistentlyYou are a role model, conscientious, reliable, and flexible with high degree of professionalism and passion for success.You have an understanding of market cycles and set a short and long-term strategy taking these into consideration.Approximate Salary Range for Role: 100% commission basedOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations.
