Residents can enjoy fine dining, lounge area, fitness activities, arts, culture, and gardening – or just sit back and take in beautiful views of the lake with a glass of fine wine.As a Senior Living Specialist, you are on the frontlines of communicating our values and offerings, developing and executing strategies to achieve and maintain full occupancy of PARC residences. This includes:

• Developing sales strategies and tactics that maximize occupancy at all times.
• Cultivating strong relationships with community partners and attending partner events.
• Collaborating with the Corporate Marketing team to develop collateral materials, targeted advertising, direct response offers, targeted sponsorships and promotions that generate qualified traffic, leads and ultimately conversions.
• Develop a strong outreach program with multiple touch-points and deep referral connections using one-one relationship building, community presentations, influencer and lead oriented events and in-person sales activities.
• Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM/Sherpa) analysis tools to track and convert leads.
• Actively promote PARC’s cross-referral program to generate leads.
• Ensure show suites and amenity spaces are tour-ready to PARC’s high standards.
