Under your leadership, your team is known for providing customer service beyond compare. You embody our core values, and it inspires both personnel and subcontractors to work efficiently while adhering to established health and safety policies and procedures.You monitor reports and maintain compliant processes every day on various reporting platforms. You produce measurable success in sales activity, achieved targets, and adequate Gross Profit levels. You manage and grow both the business and the people you work with every day, making what you do critical to our success.QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in branch management and/or leadership in disaster restoration or related industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills required
  • Skilled in technology, Microsoft Office products necessary, and Xactimate preferred
  • IICRC certifications are a plus
